In addition, if you have had a previous account with LevelHosting Inc., signed up and then canceled or have a secondary account you are not eligible for a refund. Consequently, only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. Accounts that violate our Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy will not be issued a refund.
Cancellation
You must provide LevelHosting Inc. a notice of cancellation within five (5) days ahead of the monthly renewal date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the ticket system by clicking on the following link Ticket System. Once we receive your request for cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information a confirmation e-mail will be sent that your account has been canceled and you will no longer be billed by LevelHosting Inc.
If a cancellation notice has not been submitted or received by you for the cancellation of your account it will be assumed that the cancellation has not been received and those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
Failure to remit payment after three (3) consecutive days, including the Anniversary Billing Date, shall result in a termination of the account and all data will be deleted. All Customer data remaining after three (3) days of non-payment will be destroyed for security and privacy reasons.
LevelHosting Inc. reserves the sole right to cancel or suspend service to any customer with or without notice for violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Usage Policy or unpaid services.
LevelHosting Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at any time.
