I paid with eCheck and my account got still suspended




We encourage our customers to pay with Pay Pal as it is secure, fast and instant. If you are paying with eCheck, please keep in mind that this needs to be cleared before it is considered a COMPLETE payment. If it was already submitted the day your account was due or during the grace period, it will not be considered to be paid and you risk your account getting suspended automatically. If you need extra time please provide us with the date the payment was sent and we can review the submission. The best way is to create a TICKET through the client portal.
